Where possible we buy our food from local suppliers. Thus doing our bit for the environment but also ensuring that our ingredients are as fresh as they can be.

Atlantic prawns served with grilled figs, pomegranate, a mixed leaf salad, yellow cherry tomatoes, and a honey dressing- £7.95

 

Mains

Lobster Muqueca – A Brazilian inspired dish of fresh British lobster (caught off the coast of Cromer) served in a muqueca sauce made with coconut milk, palm oil, peanuts, onion and fresh herbs, accompanied with green tea, lime and cardamon rice – £25.95

Vegetable arancini (breadcoated rice balls flavoured with parsley, peas, and Wobbly Bottom Farm’s fetish cheese) served with a tempura courgette flower stuffed with couscous, courgette and leek, warm tomato sauce and mixed leaf salad – £10.95

Must be the start of a new week as our thoughts turn to what needs to be done and planned and organised for what is already turning into a very busy week of bookings.
What would help us no end is a self-employed bookeeper to data enter on Sage. It would be for about 4 hours or so on a Monday. Does anyone know of anyone?? If so, please ask them to get in touch, they would be a godsend!
