seared seabass served with sweetcorn puree, coriander cress and caviar (vegetarian alternative: asparagus served with a free range duck egg, truffle, salsify and pistachio foam)

venison tenderloin served with seared goose liver, salsify, peas, cavalo nero and a port sauce (vegetarian alternative: butternut squash and marjoram ravioli served with a saffron butter and toasted sesame seeds)

Terms & conditions

£20 per ticket non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, payment in full due by Monday 17th December failing which the booking will be cancelled, all payments non-refundable. Tickets are transferrable.
