£40 a head for tasting menu
£20 a head for drink pairing
- amuse = sushi (Japan)
- starter = tomato and watermelon gazpacho (Spain)
- main 1 = cod braga style – fried salt cod, sliced potato, onion, parsley, olive oil (Portugal) (vegetarian alternative: potato and cheese pierogi (Poland))
- main 2 = seared duck magnet, dauphinois potato, brandied cherries, chard, duck jus (France) (vegetarian alternative: spicy vegetable strudel (Morocco))
- dessert duo = passion fruit mousse (Brazil) and rice tarte (Belguim)
What is a Supper Club?
It is an exclusive group of people who get together for a dinner party. You pay a fixed fee for the dinner, and for your drinks on top.
The dinner will be a tasting menu, with the option of either a drink paring package, or you can order off our usual drinks menu.
The group will be limited to 14 guests, hosted by either Paul or Marie (or maybe both) – and yes there will be a dress code!
