  • Goats cheese souffle served with beetroot, salad cress and a soy reduction.

 

Mains – choice of

  • Venison tenderloin served with kale, chestnut mushroom, parisienne potato, and a venison and chocolate sauce; or
  • Slow cooked pork belly with crispy skin served with dauphinoise potato, romanesco cauliflower and an apple and cider sauce; or
  • Lobster gratin served with a fondant potato and seasonal vegetables (£7 supplement); or
  • Vegetarian wellington served with a fondant potato, celeriac, kale and a black olive tapenade; or
  • Aubergine and cumin fritters served with smoked aubergine, walnut, tahini, parisenne potato and cress.

 

Desserts – choice of

  • Spicy chocolate fondant; or
  • Lime parfait served with black olive meringue and a red wine reduction; or
  • Platter for 2 – passionfruit panacotta, lemon meringue, chocolate and chestnut terrine, served with chantilly cream; or
  • Cheeseboard, a selection of cheeses served with biscuits, fruit, walnuts and chutney (£2 supplement)
